4. Liability

• EasyReturnFiling is not liable for penalties arising from incorrect or delayed information provided by the user.
• EasyReturnFiling is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from data leaks, breaches, or unauthorized access beyond its reasonable security measures.

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
